TYRE SHIELD ® is a puncture preventative that seals holes in both tube type and tubeless tyres caused by puncturing objects up to 6mm in diameter which appear in the tread area of the tyre and 3mm in tube type tyres as the vehicle is being driven.

It is an inert substance consisting of an innovative, concentrated liquid polymer compound which is installed by being pumped through the valve stem of tyres (after the valve core has been removed), which are then rotated to evenly distribute and create a thin film on the inside of the treated tyre or tube. The treated tyre is consequently sealed against porous and rim leaks.

TYRE SHIELD ® also prevents rust and helps to extend tyre life by the combination of maintaining the correct balance and the prevention of heat build-up whilst not effecting the material of the steel or aluminium wheels

RECOMMENDED MINIMUM AMOUNTS (Per Tyre)
Push bike – Road Bike 50ml, MTB 50-75ml
Ride-on mower – 60-120ml
Motorcycle – 75ml front tyre / 125 ml back tyre
Standard car type – 100-150ml (depending on tread width)
ATV, UTV and 4WD – 200ml
Average Truck tyres – 500ml

Offroad tyres which will be used in High-Risk areas (3-4 punctures a day) can safely install twice the amount – DO NOT exceed on high speed road vehicles.
